About

Give Santa Sack brings teams together for festive fun with a meaningful purpose. Working in teams, participants complete a range of Christmas-themed challenges to unlock gifts and essential items to fill their Santa Sack, which is donated through a local charity partner to support disadvantaged families.

Using an iPad, teams choose which challenges to tackle and in what order. With a mix of mental, physical and creative tasks, success relies on good communication, smart decision making and making the most of the different strengths within the team.

As teams progress, they collect items for their Santa Sack while competing to earn as many points as possible. The result is a high-energy Christmas team building experience that combines friendly competition, stronger team connections and the satisfaction of achieving something meaningful together.

Learning Outcomes

Give Santa Sack encourages communication, collaboration and creative problem solving in a fun, fast-paced environment. A mix of mental, physical and creative challenges gives different team members opportunities to contribute, helping participants recognise and appreciate the skills and strengths of those around them. Working towards a shared goal encourages effective delegation, decision making and teamwork, while the friendly competition creates energy and engagement. Teams leave with stronger connections, boosted morale and a shared sense of achievement.

Corporate Social Responsibility Outcomes

At the heart of Give Santa Sack is the opportunity to make a positive difference. Each team works to fill a Santa Sack with gifts and essential items, donated through a local charity partner to support disadvantaged families. The giving element transforms the activity from a festive team challenge into a shared experience with real purpose. Participants can see the tangible result of their collective effort, creating pride while connecting the team with the wider community.
