Alex has always been fascinated by different ways of learning. This all started about 25 years ago as a sailing instructor to young children. Sailing can be difficult to master but it showed time and time again that when you include play to learning the whole game changes. Alex is still finding ways to include playing but now in day to day business. Now it is about learning skills and developing mindsets by using the power of play.
