Lubo founded two team-building companies - Catalyst Slovakia & Catalyst Austria. His mission? To bring people together and unlock their full potential through innovative and engaging team-building activities.
Lubo has a background in organizational psychology. He is passionate about art, improv and behavioural sciences and you can feel it from his work. He is a member of several international associations in teambuilding, facilitation and meeting design industry. As facilitator, he loves working with crowds of any size.
